Fun-Therapy for Healing

Excellent hand rehabilitation tool...and it smell good too!

Fun-Therapy therapeutic scented putty is recommended as a tool for hand rehabilitation, physical and occupational therapies. Fingers and hands are used in our daily activities so they do get tired and weary. When fingers, hands and wrists are not taken care of, Carpal tunnel inside other sever conditions may be developed. 

Below are some hand therapeutic exercises recommended by us.

HAND THERAPEUTIC EXERCISES

Hand Therapy Exercises that Promote Strength and Relief

The below exercises are recommended to improve strength and relief in hands and fingers. They are especially designed to help with carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis and hand pain. They are also helpful improving fine motor skills after a neurological event like stroke or brain injury.

Finger Spread

Improves fingers dexterity and flexibility

Repeat each section 10 times

Twice per day

An excellent finger exercise to add strength

  • Get enough Fun-Therapy putty and roll it to form a rope shape.

  • Wrap putty around two fingers forming like a doughnut and gently try to spread fingers apart.

  • Re-form putty as needed.

  • Repeat exercise10 times around every two fingers.

  • Do routine twice per day.

Full Fingers Spread

This exercise is to engage & loosen the tiny muscles in your fingers

Repeat each section 10 times

Twice per day

A great way to improve your fine motor skills especially after an injury or surgery

  • Get enough Fun-Therapy putty and roll it to form rope shape.

  • Wrap putty around all of your fingers (from thumb to pinky).

  • Gently spread fingers apart.

  • Re-form putty as needed.

  • Repeat exercise10 times on each hand.

  • Do routine twice per day.

Fingers are essential for our delicate daily operations and activities.

  • Get enough Fun-Therapy putty roll and form a ball around an inch diameter.

  • Place putty ball between two fingers and gently squeeze.

  • Re-form ball as needed.

  • Repeat exercise10 times between each finger.

  • Do routine twice per day.

Helps with grip and hand strength

Repeat each section 10 times

Twice per day

The muscles in our hands and wrists are very important as they allow us to do most of the daily activities. 

  • Get enough Fun-Therapy putty to cover the palm of your hands.

  • Place putty ball in the palm of your hands, bring fingers in and gently squeeze.

  • Repeat exercise 10 times on each hand.

  • Do the routine twice per day.

Helps with Carpal Tunnel, arthritis and hands pain

 

Repeat exercise 10 times

Twice per day

This exercise improve how the tendons move inside the carpal tunnel

  • Get enough Fun-Therapy putty and roll it to form a ball around 2 inches diameter.

  • Place putty ball between fingers and thumb. Keep fingers straight and gently squeeze.

  • Re-form ball as needed.

  • Repeat exercise10 times.

  • Do routine twice per day.

Finger Extension

Finger Extension

Helps to relief pain and improve finger flexibility

Repeat each section 10 times

Twice per day

The muscles in our hands and wrists are very important as they allow us to do most of the daily activities. 

  • Get enough Fun-Therapy putty and roll it to form a rope like shape.

  • Wrap one finger at a time and hold the putty ends with the opposite hand.

  • Pull your finger up and away until you feel a slight stretch.

  • Re-form putty as needed.

  • Repeat exercise 10 times on each finger.

  • Do the routine twice per day.
